  1. Why is folding important?

Folding your undies is just like folding any other piece of clothing. Once you start doing it on a regular basis, you will notice how it saves space and looks better. It’s also a great habit to have whenever you need (or want!) to travel.

How is that possible, you may ask? Well, folding your underwear lets you fit more of them in your travel bag. And the more clean pairs you have with you, the longer your trips can be!

And let’s be honest, would you like your drawers to look like this :

or like this:

And having an organized drawer comes with a range of benefits of its own – even mental ones!

Also, it can be such a great way to save some space! How would you use it?

For new clothes, obviously!

What if you just got some super comfy seamless underwear? And you want to keep wearing it for as long as possible? Then read further!

Undies are just like a positive attitude – you want to keep it intact for as long as possible.

So what do you do? You hand wash it with other delicates, using cold water and baby shampoo. Then you hang out your undies to dry in the afternoon sun of West California (We’re just guessing here – I don’t know where you’re from).

Is it enough, though?

Here at Pundeez, we take our underwear very seriously.

That is why we understand that if you choose custom underwear, you will want to use it for as long as possible.

So without further ado, here is a simple way, in which you can fold your underwear:

  1. Actual folding (with pictures)

This method can be applied to high-waisted, trunks, thongs, and Brazillian underwear (aka bikini bottoms). For this tutorial, we will focus on Brazilians – since they are the ones that tend to be tricky.

Once you get a hang of it, any other type of undies will be a piece of cake!

First things first, put your undies with their front facing down.

Done? Ok, then for a second, look at it. Do you see how long they are from the crotch area to the waistline? Divide that length by 3.

Next, grab the crotch area and fold it until you reach ⅓ from the top:

See how the bottom line touches the boots of a superhero? That’s the spot you should aim for.

You should be getting an even rectangle. If you didn’t – don’t worry!

Fold it again. This time, the bottom part should be touching the waistline:

Just try again – these things take time AND practice.

Now is the tricky part.

Before you fold the sides, to the inside

– tuck in the lacey part of the underwear:

This way, the laces won’t be standing out in your drawer. It will make the entire arrangement look better.

Remember, how you measured ⅓ from top to bottom?

You need to do the same from left to right.

Why?

So you can fold the sides evenly.

How to do it?

Grab the left side and fold it, until its left edge reaches about ⅔ of your undies width:

Is it me, or does it look better already? But we are not done yet!

You need to do the same thing for the right side now. So, tuck in the lacey part and fold the right end to the middle.

Remember! The right edge needs to align with the left edge.
